The website can be surfed to discover all the collections and the products signed Salvatore Piccolo, to book the bespoke service, to keep up to date with the last news or to go in to the history, the process of production and the quality that characterize Salvatore Piccolo.

To start shopping right away, it will be enough to click on the voice of the menu on the top left: shop and then you can visualize the different sections: man/woman/bespoke.
To click on one of these, a category of product will open for example: shirts, jackets, coat, and accessories. For these categories we have provided with subcategories to help the search.

If you know what you want to buy or if you want to search a particular product it will be enough to use the selection “Search” on the top right and to find the products through their name, their category, their colour, their code article.
When you have chosen the product and you have selected the size, you can click on “add to cart”. Then you can go on the shopping of other products or you can complete the shopping.
To complete the shopping it’s necessary to click on the icon of the shopping bag, in the corner on the top right and then to click on “buy” to insert data and to set up the ordering.

For the shipment in Italy the cost is 7 euros, the delivery will happen within 1-2 working days.

For Usa, Canada and Extra European countries (Belarus, Norway, Macedonia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukaraine) the shipment costs are 25 euros, the delivery will happen within 3-4 working days.

For the other areas (Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Australia, Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados, Brasil, Brunei, Chile, Republic of China, Colombia, SouthKorea, CostaRica, The Dominica nRepublic, Ecuador, Egypt, The United Arab Emirates, Fiji, Philippines, Jamaica, Japan, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Kuwait, Malaysia, Martinica, South Africa, Thailand, Taiwan) the shipment costs are 30 euros, the delivery will happen within 4-6 working days.

At the time of purchase you will able to choose the different shipments for your order. We will send you the tracking number of the courier to email. You will be able to control the shipment on the page. Follow your order.

The courier usually delivers from 9 to 18, from Monday to Friday, and he requires a sign at the delivery. In the case in which there isn’t anyone to withdraw the order, he will leave a notice and a number to contact.

– After the request, Small Napoli s.r.l will send to the customer a mail with the instructions.
– The costs of the return are at customer’s charge, during the sending the company hasn’t got any responsabilities for theft, for damage or loss of products.

For the returns it’s necessary that:

• Products are intact with their tags, their accessories and their packs. If not they aren’t accepted
• The return must be within fourteen days to the receiving of the goods
• The goods must be sent within fourteen days to the authorization of the return
• The return can be sent only from the country of the delivery
• The products must be bought only on salvatorepiccolo.com and not in his stores or in his boutique
